A White and Lavender Summer

Dear Diary,

Summer means a couple of things... longer days, warmer nights, white hot style, and a backdrop of lavender fields in Cherry Valley that you will not believe! I took a trip down there to see the annual Lavender Festival and had to celebrate the beauty of nature with some of my favorite white outfits that are pre-Labor Day approved! (Although, who follows the "no white rule" anyways?!) Summer's just an excuse to feel extra confident in your white choices!

The fragrance of the lavender was so strong, but so were the buzzing of the bees! I'm terrified of them, so this smile is deceiving!

One of my go-to style choices is bohemian! When I decided to pay the Lavender Festival a visit, I knew the perfect accessory to the lavender's would be a flowy bohemian lace kimono. I got my floor length one at Forever 21, which I know can be a risk when it comes to getting quality pieces, but I've really been noticing F21 step up their quality while maintaining their signature low prices. Here's a similar one that's in stores now!

I adore the bell sleeves on this kimono! It gives such a sweet vibe to the whole look!

I have split style personalities...like I said, bohemian is totally one of my go-to looks, especially on casual days, but everyone knows "classic" never goes out style! Any chance that I get to feel like a classic beauty much like Audrey Hepburn or Grace Kelly, I will take! This off the shoulder white midi dress from Want My Look is a perfect classic dress that makes me feel as pretty as these miles of lavender.

One of the best things about a classic look is that it can be dressed up or down. I sort of went in between by adding my favorite pair of Kendra Scott earrings and a custom jade necklace that I got in Nicaragua.
